TypePro for Business

Unify Communication

Type faster. Communicate consistently.

TypePro is an AI-powered writing layer that helps your team communicate faster across the tools they already use — with shared language, clearer tone and less time spent on repetitive writing.

Still typed by hand

Agents can take the task. The message is still typed.

Companies can automate work with agents and AI. The communication around that work is different. Messages between employees, teams, stakeholders and customers are still typed out, field by field, in the tools people already have open.

That is where the time goes: the same reply, the same update, the same explanation, written again because the last version lived in someone else's head. TypePro is the writing layer in those fields. It shortens the typing, and keeps the organisation's language in the suggestion.

Typing analysis

Show where the typing is wasted

Team analytics are meant to show adoption and communication improvement — not vanity counters. Think estimated typing time saved, acceptance and active use by team, and where language is becoming more consistent.

The typing analysis dashboard is that picture in enough detail to act on. It is built from what people actually type: time in the field, repetition, rework, acceptance, quiet users, and whether the organisation is using one language or several. The point is waste. Which writing is still being paid for twice, and which teams are carrying it.

Where the hours go

Estimated time spent typing, split by team and by the kind of writing: customer replies, internal updates, handovers, the same explanation sent again. Leaders see which work is consuming the day, not a single keystroke total.

Writing typed twice

Phrases and reply shapes the organisation produces over and over, and how often they are still written from a blank field. Repetition is the waste: the same sentence, paid for each time someone types it.

Rework in the field

Sessions heavy with deletion and redrafting. Text that is written, removed and written again is time spent twice on one message. The dashboard shows which teams and tools carry that rework.

Where assistance earns its place

Suggestions offered, accepted in full, taken a word at a time, or dismissed. A low acceptance rate usually means the guidance does not sound like that team. A high rate on a high-volume workflow is where the product is already paying for itself.

Users who stay quiet

People invited, against people actually typing with TypePro, by team. A quiet user is a different kind of waste, and it shows where onboarding stopped.

One language, or several

Shared terms that are being used, and the places people are still inventing their own wording for the same thing. Inconsistent language becomes rework for the reader, and another draft for the next person.

Business Plus takes this reading as the baseline during implementation. Managed reads it every month. The recurring report names the workflows, teams and phrases that still cost the most typing, what moved since the baseline, and what to change in the knowledge and the standards next. Time saved stays an estimate from writing the product actually shortened.
